Our mission is to develop capabilities and partnerships through community. This “lift as you climb” attitude has been our driving force since the beginning (evidenced by this adorable film from our youth). As we’ve grown, we’ve learned that inclusivity requires more than simply leaving the doors open – we need to pave the way for future talent to participate. We do this through partnerships with WMCAT and The Mosaic Film Experience, and through The Delta Project: a juvenile justice focused non-profit which we co-founded and incubate within our studio.
