Early in his career, director Eric Johnson found himself at sea capturing the antics of NBA All-Star Chris Kaman and his misfit entourage as they set their sights on sportfishing’s highest prize: a 1000 pound blue marlin.  What started as the world’s most expensive home video, grew and evolved into a six-episode docu-reality series.

Initially self-distributed online, Exploring Kaman was discovered and licensed for broadcast by media mogul Mark Cuban.
