Valerie’s creative spirit is one of a kind, with a quirky mix of logic and out-of-left-field thinking. Sure, she’s aware of her achievements as a director, but if asked, she’ll cite her favorite compliments as occasional comparisons to a Latina Liz Lemon. She also enjoys discussing her favorite types of steak. Yeah, she’s that funny.

Valerie began her career in reality television, producing for shows such as NBC’s Biggest Loser, but found herself repeatedly drawn to the creative process of the projects that she helmed. Today she does both. Whether she’s leveraging her knowledge of the production process, directing live action, or creating animated content, Valerie brings the heat.

And also steak. Seriously. She’s obsessed in love with steak.
